Pontchartrain Landing is the newest and largest waterfront RV park in New Orleans. We currently have 105 sites available in four price ranges, some with pull-thru capabilities. All are equipped with 50 amp power connections.

Our Convenience Store carries basic food items, snacks, camping supplies and is open from 8 am until 6pm.

Security
The park maintains a 24 Hour closed circuit camera surveillance system. We are a gated community with each guest having a card key for entrance. The park is lighted all night and is equipped with security cameras.
Shuttle
There is a regularly scheduled shuttle bus to and from the Park to the French Quarter, Harrah’s Casino, and Downtown New Orleans seven days a week. Parking is available in the downtown area if you want to drive your own car from $7 to $25 per day depending on special events; but if you want to relax, have fun, and leave the driving to our experienced and punctual bus drivers, for a nominal charge per day you can purchase unlimited trip passes on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
Marina
Pontchartrain Landing now has it's own marina with a launch ramp and over 40 slips available, each equipped with 20, 30, 50 and 100 amp power, water, cable TV, wi-fi and sewage pump out station.
SeaBrook Harbor Marina is right next door. They have a fuel dock, mechanics, marine supplies and they’re conveniently accessible directly through our property.
Houseboats
In the future, we will have 15 houseboats for rent. They will range in length from 40’ to 60’, and from 1 bedroom and 1 bath to 2 bedroom and 2 bath. Each will be equipped with a full kitchen, a great room and an upstairs party deck. The houseboats will be permanently moored and not motorized. Think of them as a floating hotel room with an adjacent 10’ wide boat berth.
Long Term Storage
We provide long term storage for motor homes, campers and other heavy equipment. Prices range from $50 to $100 per vehicle, per month, depending on the size.
