Now it's affordable to own a Floating or Waterfront based villa in a safe, secure, gated waterfront community in New Orleans. Pontchartrain Landing. Come visit, park your car, launch your boat and when you are not enjoying our water sportsman’s paradise you can take one of our shuttles to and from the French Quarter, Harrah’s Casino, or the Superdome.


The Tropical Villas are registered as RV’s therefore there is no property tax. Each unit occupies its own RV space with electric, water and sewer, and gas hookups.

There is a lease back program available that allows you to put your villa in a rental pool for tourist visitors and we divide the rental income with you. You have income when you don’t want to use your villa and we do everything else. Maintain it, clean it, book it and send you a check each month.

Two Ways To Own

TROPICAL VILLAS

These units are land based, licensed Recreational Vehicle vacation homes built to strict, national, Park Model codes. Each unit provides 400 square feet of living space plus an additional 66 square foot sleeping loft, and 2 spacious outdoor decks. The master bedroom features a queen size bed and sliding glass doors opening to a private outdoor deck, and the adjoining bathroom is equipped with a full size tub and shower enclosure.

The furnished living room/dining room has a queen size pullout couch, convertible coffee/dining table, easy chair and wide screen TV as well as an upscale kitchen with built in oven, microwave, granite counter tops and side by side refrigerator. Above is a 7 x 9 foot sleeping loft for up to 4 kids on air mattresses. They even have their own flat screen TV.

Outside, a spiral staircase on the deck area leads up to the spacious 12 x 24 roof top party deck complete with a barbecue grill.

This unit sleeps 4 adults and 4 children comfortably.

VIP Option - If you have a large family we suggest the VIP configuration which includes all of the above, plus an additional 400 square foot unit. Featuring two bedrooms and one bath, this separate, adjacent structure sleeps an additional 4 adults in two queen size beds. A large deck connects it to the main building.

FLOATING VILLAS

These are 40, 50 and 60 foot houseboats, built and registered as boats and moored to a permanent dock space in our marina. They have all of the upscale amenities that are included in the land based Tropical Villas with the added pleasure of being on the water. Each Floating Villa includes a 15x50 foot slip to keep your pleasure boat nearby.

Configurations from 1 bedroom and 1 bath to 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with sleeping lofts are offered. All models include a spacious rooftop party deck with a barbecue grill and bar.

These floating villas can be put in our very popular rental program giving you monthly income when you are not using it.
